About this role
As the Founding Talent Lead (Founder's Office), you will own end-to-end hiring at Woohl. This is not a traditional HR role. You will build the hiring engine from zero and be directly accountable for talent quality across tech, product, sales, design, and operations.
You will work directly with the founders, shape hiring strategy, and build the talent engine of the company from scratch. High performers will be considered for full-time conversion.
What you'll do
- Own the complete hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Translate founder requirements into clear role mandates and job descriptions.
- Build hiring plans aligned with business milestones.
- Identify early-stage talent suited for fast-moving startup environments.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, colleges, communities, and cold outreach.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure fast decision-making.
- Own onboarding to ensure new hires are productive within their first week.
- Surface people and performance issues early and directly.
